Olivia Beal

Co-Founder

Olivia is an actor and former touring performer who appeared on stages from the Edinburgh Fringe to the LA Convention Centre. She also a Villars Fellow and currently studying sustainable architecture at Columbia University. Her work is driven by a deep interest in how spaces can tell stories, shape behavior, and respond to the environment. Olivia started Mountainly, to create a place where these worlds converge while working with todays media.

Jens Thompson

Co-Founder

Jens Thomsen is a young entrepreneur passionate about the intersection of technology, climate, and education. He is the Director of Operations at Startup Nights Winterthur, Switzerland's largest startup events, where he leads a team to bring together founders, investors, and innovators. Jens Built an Al x Climate startup in San Francisco, focused on accelerating the deployment of sustainable energy solutions. He has also conducted research at ETH Zurich on Sustainable Aviation Fuels, deepening his expertise in the energy transition. Beyond his ventures, Jens is an avid triathlete, having completed an Ironman, and serves as Chair of the Villars Youth Council.

Ishika Thalluri

Marketing

Ishika Thalluri is a driven student passionate about environmental sustainability and taking meaningful action to protect the planet. She has contributed to green initiatives at her school and is eager to expand her impact through Mountainly. Combining her interests in marketing, storytelling, and video creation, she aims to inspire others to engage with environmental issues through compelling digital content. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and spending time in nature, which help inspire her work.
